My family’s experience with Maria is similar to other postings. My young adult son has Gilberts and had struggled for several years. He had seen several Gastro doctors with continued issues, with the most recent one having been very dismissive of our concerns. Maria identified and validated symptoms, providing a great listening ear and specific feedback. Just as importantly as the physical issues, she offered support to the emotional needs of our family as we worked through a treatment plan. Feeling heard was probably one of the biggest positives of working with Maria, along with the scientific explanations of what was actually happening with symptoms. Maria passionately shares her knowledge and experience with her clients and gives real results from the experience that I’ve had with her. She suffers herself from Gilbert’s syndrome which is really reassuring knowing that she understands the syndrome and how her clients would feel. I live in the UK and my health had been deteriorating for years and I was at a complete loss as to what to do about it (NHS weren’t much help other than removing organs when they had given up the ghost). I had done a lot of research on Gilbert’s and MTHFR but needed some more guidance, expertise and personalisation so I booked in with Maria (having found her website and done her Gilbert’s syndrome course). I can’t explain the difference in my health over the space of a year. I feel healthy, energetic and so much more on top of things. Via zoom, Maria explains everything in as much detail as you like/need and makes recommendations different tests and advises on diet and supplements (and lifestyle) based on the results. There’s still more I plan on working through with her (as money allows), but so far it’s been worth every penny and I can’t recommend her and her practice enough!

I reached out to Maria after searching the internet tirelessly on managing Gilberts Syndrome symptoms . Like others, I have always been told by doctors that GS is benign and there is nothing to worry about. I was dealing with leaky gut, chronic nasal congestion from histamine intolerance and anxiety related issues for years and was desperate to make a change in my life. After reaching out to Maria, I suddenly felt heard and knew I was not alone in what I was going through. I took her course, "Living With Gilberts Syndrome" and found it to be very helpful in not just explaining why I was experiencing these symptoms but how they could be managed as well. The course is extremely thorough and filled with information on why these symptoms are happening, how they can be managed, supplementation and nutrition advice. I decided I wanted a more tailored plan and have been meeting with Maria for the past year. Her initial consultation was extremely thorough and immedialy put my mind at ease since she understood everything I was going through. After the first session with Maria and a review of all i am doing and taking i saw an immediate improvement in some symptoms with the recommended changes. I have seen several different practitioners previously, but the things Maria spotted reviewing old test results etc show me how much they missed and what a great detective she really is. Her understanding of pyroluria is so rare, deep and reassuring but i have found she has a deep understanding for so much more and i am enjoying learning lots myself, making changes and moving forward with her support. I was diagnosed with Gilbert’s syndrome recently. I took her course online and found it to be informative and helpful in managing it. I’ve had to ask her a few questions recently and she’s always quick to respond. My only complaint is she’s too far away otherwise I would love to see her in person.

Maria is like an encyclopedia on all things nutrition! With her wealth of knowledge she has helped me with issues concerning brain fog, adrenal fatigue and hormones...not to mention that I've never eaten as healthy as what I do now thanks to her guidance with diet. Maria has a warm and nurturing approach which makes consultations enjoyable. I highly recommend her services. --------------------- Just adding an updated review. My 13 year old son had been suffering from extreme anxiety where every day just getting up and going to school was a massive uphill battle. He would cry daily and was just irritable in his own skin. I had spent the last 2 years trying everything to help him. Maria suggested a blood test and hair analysis and through the results she was able to recommend a few different vitamins. I can honestly say, a couple of weeks into starting the vitamins, we were dealing with a completely different kid. He's been able to attend all his classes at school, he's been able to participate in things which he would never before and is so much more confident and happy. I am so grateful to Maria for her help! She's an absolute champion and my go to person for health issues. Seriously, don't waste time searching for the best in the field cause she's right here!

Maria is amazing at what she does. Her knowledge, her care, her advice were excellent. I decided to see a nutritionist as I was diagnosed with Gilbert's syndrome, I had a lot of gut problems and I wanted to improve my nutrition to facilitate my journey of getting pregnant. I worked with Maria for almost 3 months. She helped me to understand what my issues where and what I needed to do. I took her advice in nutrition, supplementation and other changes I desperately needed in my life. I got pregnant and I believe a lot of the changes I did as recommended by Maria helped me.

My 82 year old Mum has been a patient of Marias for the past 3 + years. Prior to seeing Maria she was on the "medical merry go round". Regular appointments to see Heart and Kidney specialists, medications but no answers as to why she was fainting. I asked Maria to review Mums blood tests and Maria explained that the reason she was fainting was due to being pre-diabetic and leaky gut issues. Mum has done the work and the results are - excess weight gone (12kg), no longer faints, day napping has stopped and more importantly no medications. If it wasn't for Maria I honestly don't think Mum would be here. Mum says "I had the right advice and was told what to do and now I am enjoying a new life. A big thank you to Maria"

My 4 year old daughter had been experiencing crippling stomach pain for years. After seeing countless doctors, and hospital visits we still had no clear answers. From our first consult with Maria I could tell she truly listened to me and to my daughter. I can’t thank enough Maria for her help and guidance. Her knowledge is next level, when she reads all test results she is able to straight away advice what needs to be fixed and how. Her plans are really customized to your needs and likings. And she is not there trying to rip you off. Highly, highly recommend. Maria is brilliant. She knows her craft inside out and over a 6 month period has transformed my digestive health. I had a lot of bloating and discomfort which I had been suffering from for years. Maria quickly and accurately prescribed changes to my diet and some supplements to help get me back on track. Today as I type I feel great, bloating has completely gone and I feel a million times better. I said it at the start and I'll say it again... highly recommend.

I came to Maria experiencing chronic gut health issues and literally becoming afraid of food as a result. Maria gave me great advice, got my gut tested and helped me correct my disbiosis with a diet plan and a regimen of supplements. I learned a lot about the gut and how it functions and what leads to disbiosis. She also gave me a great suggestion to see an ENT specialist about my nasal issues, I ended up getting surgery which has changed my life in a big way, after years of chronic congestion I can now breathe freely through my nose!

Not sure where to start… Maria has literally changed my entire family’s health for the better. I am SO grateful to have had the pleasure of working with her these past 18 months. Starting with my son who has ADHD & severe food & histamine related issues. After a month or 2 working with Maria he improved so such that we were finally able to take him to stores where he had previously been overwhelmed, he can now navigate with ease. He used to take melatonin to sleep but would still need to read for 2-3 hours before drifting off to sleep. Although he still needs the melatonin, he falls right to sleep! He used to complain about how difficult it was to walk up the stairs or run around the track in PE, now he blazes the trail when we hike & no longer complains of any pain! He used to be hungry all the time (he literally ate every 15 minutes) and now outside an occasional snack he eats his 3 meals and is satisfied without hunger pangs. I’m just in awe of his improvements. My other son used to suffer with generalized anxiety and social anxiety—living between a 4-6 on a scale of 1-10 on a daily bases and now has ZERO anxiety! During Covid it occasionally rose to a 1 or 2 but who was stressed?! My husband no longer deals with depression or anxiety either, which he suffered from his entire life! His energy is so much better as well. I’ve had numerous improvements but, best of all, Maria was able to balance out my body so that my thyroid function was normal for the first time in 30 years! I can’t say enough. She’s smart. Knowledgeable. Funny and kind. She has improved my life and the lives of those I love. I’m eternally grateful!!! Maria makes miracles happen. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I only wish we could meet in person (I’m in the US) I’d give her a great big hug!!

Maria was able to help me reduce alot of my joint pain and headaches by overhauling my diet and nutrition and providing high quality supplements. Alot of the foods I thought were good for me turned out to be actually making my issues worse. Would recommend.

We have been working with Maria now since February 2026. Maria has really assisted in healing my 8 year daughters gut health and compromised immune system. Maria has been so helpful in helping my son with sensitivity and behavioural issues. He is doing so much better! After talking with Maria in an initial consultation about my concerns she suggested a non-invasive hair test which she had a strong suspicion on what was wrong, and she was right! She explained what his results meant and why they were presenting the way they were in him. Since starting his supplements he much more calm and words are slowly coming too. The supplements have made a huge difference. He's smiling so much more now and seems so much happier. Meltdowns are just now normal tantrums (toddler life!). Also, excluding dairy has cleared up all eczema on his legs and helped with his tummy pains. He even let me cut his nails the other day which I used to have to do when he was asleep! A huge thank you to Maria for everything she has done and has continued to help guide me through as we help my son become the happy little person I always knew he was supposed to be! Maria is treating both myself and my daughter for autoimmune issues. I've been incredibly impressed, not only by her depth of knowledge, but also by the way she takes time to ensure you clearly understand the issues and how to resolve them. I was a patient of Maria's for a few months. I was very pleased with the treatment she recommended. I saw many doctors and specialists for my symptoms. They ran countless tests and procedures and they came up with nothing. Maria worked a different approach and did come back with suggestions. I figured it couldn't hurt to try her treatment plan since my doctor's had no suggestions and 3 months later, my symptoms are gone and my blood labs have all improved. My one complaint is that while she offers the option to have calls via skype she's really not equipped to take patients outside of Australia. She does not have relationships with distributors of vitamin supplements, tests, etc in other companies so the shipping times and custom charges were a lot. Additionally, the time difference made it complicated to connect with her and when she travels there is no back up at her office. This is why I moved to a local provider.

Maria has helped me to get my life back on track and stop insulin resistance in it's track. She got my back on the Paleo wagon which has given me heaps more energy and so far I've managed to shed 16kg. It just works! I live on the other side of Sydney so it would have been very hard to have to go in and consult with Maria face to face but we managed to do our consultations via Skype which worked very well. I've got a new lease on life and I'm super grateful.

A truely thorough and dedicated practitioner. I had been to the doctor for a number of years to no avail m, but Maria, after doing thorough investigation, pressed to have my antibodies tested. It turns out I have had an autoimmune condition the whole time. I am now on medication from the GP supported by supplements recommended by Maria and my health is better than it was in my 20s! I am so grateful I found her!
