On the nose, light, fruit forward aromas of citrus and red berries. Once on the palate, it’s delicate in texture with a balanced and soft acidity. Flavors of fruits and berries like red currant and raspberry with hints of white flowers. A very fresh and generous wine with a persistent finish. Serve chilled as an aperitif, or pair it with goat cheese, seafood and summer salads. Examples: Sardines on toast with chickpea hozon and hearts of palm, Piyaz (white bean salad with tahini, mint, parsley, bell pepper, hard-boiled egg)
