The Magrez-Aruga Koshu white wine is made from 100% Koshu grapes. This wine has low acidity, light body and a slight crispness. On the palate there are notes of apples, peach, and white fruit, with a clean minerality and soft mouthfeel. Serve with a slight chill. Best paired with Japanese seafood dishes, shellfish, or lean fish.
