Matic Wines – Pinot Gris Skin Contact 2025 Slovenia, Štajerska Pinot Gris with beautiful copper color resulting from 18 days of skin contact. Cheerful aromas of forest strawberries, rosehip and red apples, all escorted by a soft but potent warm green scent of geranium – floral, fresh and lively with a touch of citrus-like brightness. The palate is dry with lush, crisp and uplifting acidity and soft tannic structure. Lead by red fruit, a bit of brioche and overall pleasantly spicy. Mineral driven and absolutely refreshing. The wine has been aged for six months on the fine lees before bottling, which gives a lovely texture and character.
