Description Floradix Tablets contain organic iron (II) from ferrous gluconate, along with vitamins B2, B6, B12, and C. These ingredients contribute to reducing tiredness and fatigue, as well as supporting normal energy metabolism. Iron plays a crucial role in the formation of red blood cells, which is also aided by vitamins B6 and B12. Additionally, folate (folic acid) supports normal maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, while vitamin C enhances iron absorption. Floradix Tablets use ferrous gluconate, a highly absorbable form of iron, making them easy to take. They help maintain a balance of iron, vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, C, and folic acid. The tablets also contain extracts of selected herbs and rosehip. Floradix Tablets are gluten-free and suitable for vegetarians. Ideal for those planning to conceive, expectant and nursing mothers, children, adolescents, the elderly, convalescent individuals, vegetarians, and those with active lifestyles. Directions for Use: To maximise iron absorption, take Floradix tablets on an empty stomach, approx. 30 minutes or more before a meal or 2 hours after. Adults and children over 12 years: 1 tablet, twice daily. 30 minutes before a meal, with liquid. Children 3–12 years: 1 tablet daily.
